Grade II Listed Barn Conversion, located in the North York Moors National Park. With original trusses and beams exposed, the property has maintained its beauty. Woodland Cottages offers accommodation for up to 26 guests, across 4 cottages, and welcomes families with children. This 5 star rated development is surrounded by woodland, and has a shared enclosed garden with play area, games room and heated hot tub. Only a 15 minute drive from Robin Hoods Bay and the Coastal resort of Scarborough. Excellent location for those looking for adventure, with cycle tracks, fantastic walks, fishing and watersports all within a short distance. The cottages are all fully equipped to a high standard, travel cots (excluding linen) and high chairs are available on request. Each cottage has a picnic bench, and has use of a barbeque on request. WiFi is available on site, however the reception is not always great. All main bathrooms have separate bath shower. Bedlinen and Towels are provided, with hairdryers in each bedroom. This location is great for family and friends get-togethers. Minimum night charge is for a 3 night stay, and we require an additional £100.00 refundable security deposit on each property. We do not allow Pets or Smoking on our premise. A small welcome pack is provided for guest arrival.

From Scarborough;Take the A171 Scarborough to Whitby road, at Burniston village take the left turn after the garage, Limestone Road. Then follow signs to Harwood Dale. You will pass a few farms on your left, then you will reach a left turning, signposted Waite Lane, leading to Thirley Cotes, take this turn, and our properties are on the right hand side as you reach the single storey cottages on your left.
