Directions

By Road:Royal Albert Drive is the coast road that runs around the North Bay. About half way along (near the barrier) turn right up the cliffs into Albert Road. Turn left and then first left again onto Queens Parade. Follow the road round as it turns into Rutland Terrace. Phoenix Court is the last hotel and has a car park to the side.By Public Transport:From the railway station, follow Northway to the traffic lights. Turn right onto Victoria Road. Go straight through the traffic lights, over the roundabout onto Castle Road. Take third turning left and then right onto Rutland Terrace. Phoenix Court is on the right hand side.
